This film for BT was all about inspiration. We wanted to show the real experiences of their female engineers in a way that felt genuine and empowering, making it clear that women in engineering are not just welcome but essential. Instead of scripted moments, we captured real workdays, from hands-on problem-solving to scaling a tall transmission tower on a windy day in Lancashire.

The goal was to create something that aspiring engineers could see themselves in. By showcasing the talent, teamwork, and impact these women have, the film became more than just a highlight reel. It was a call to be part of something bigger.
